1. Using trytipping
By creating an account you agree to use trytipping for lawful purposes only. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
2. Your content
You own what you post. By posting it on your profile or campaigns, you give us permission to display it on trytipping.
3. Tips and payouts
Tips are processed by our payment partners. We hold funds in your wallet until you withdraw. Fees, if any, are shown before you confirm.
3a. Safety of funds
All customer funds are kept safe. Creator balances are recorded separately and are never used for any other purpose. If a withdrawal fails, the full amount is returned to your balance.
3b. Holds and reviews
Sometimes we may need to hold funds while we resolve an issue — for example a payment dispute, a chargeback, a suspected fraud review, identity checks, or a problem with a payment partner. Holds can sometimes last more than 30 days. Your funds remain safe during this time, and we will release them as soon as the issue is resolved. Contact support@trytipping.com with any questions.
4. Prohibited use
No fraud, no impersonation, no illegal goods, no harmful or abusive content. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the platform at risk.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll let you know if anything material changes. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
